Happy Sunday my beautiful people! Ohhhh My Yogi tea decided to preach this morning:

“Master the unknown by knowing your deep self”

Right now a lot of my life is in the unknown—health, hormones, new shows, new assignments, a new season of my body and my purpose.

For years I tried to master the unknown by controlling everything:
- hustling harder 
- overthinking 
- people‑pleasing 
- staying busy

This season is teaching me something different:

I don’t have to master every outcome. 
I just have to stay rooted in who I am.

When I listen to my body… 
When I honor my boundaries… 
When I tell myself the truth and move from that place…

The unknown feels less like a threat and more like an invitation.

If you’re in your own “I don’t know what’s next” season, this is for you too:

You master the unknown by knowing your deep self. 💛
