Morning Tea by the Poolside ☕✨ (Well, the View Will Do!)

Good Sunday morning, beautiful souls! 🌅

As I sit with my Yogi tea this morning, the message on my tea bag stopped me in my tracks:

“Your inner self is your inner guide.”

After a weekend of loss, grief, on both sides of my family. I’m reminded that my daily altar practice isn’t just routine—it’s my LIFELINE. It’s where I connect with God, my ancestors, and my own inner wisdom.

This spiritually enlightened version of me? Not everyone is comfortable with her. And you know what? “That’s okay.”💜

I’m no longer bound by the need for everyone to accept me, understand me, or celebrate my growth. I’m not for everyone—and God has shown me that’s perfectly fine.

I’m not their hero. I’m mine—with God’s guidance.🙏🏾✨

As I continue healing from the inside out, I’m grateful for the tools and practices that support my wellness journey—my altar, my tea, my intentional mornings, and yes, even my farmasi products that help me glow from within. 💚
