Hey hey hey my beautiful people! 💕**

I’m popping in to give you an update on my healing journey and what’s happening with asknyomi. 

I’m truly excited to get back to you all, but I have to honor my body and allow it to fully heal. I’ll be real—I totally underestimated what this process would look like for me! Eleven weeks post-op, and I’m still navigating what my body needs day by day.

But let me be clear: **asknyomi isn’t going anywhere!** We ARE coming back. I just can’t give you a definitive date yet, and I’m learning to be okay with that.

I’ve also been thinking about doing some pre-recorded episodes because I have incredible guests who’ve been so patient and understanding during this time. They’re ready when I am, and I want to honor their stories too.

**So, my BTG Crew—thank you for your continued love, support, and patience. We WILL be back, and it’s going to be worth the wait!**
