Happy Wednesday my sexy people!!! First I want to say THANK YOU TO ALL THE BIRTHDAY WISHES, THE GIFTS AND THE CASHAPP$$$ . I’m officially in my 3rd chapter of my second book of life and it’s been sooooo amazing thus far! This year has definitely been the rebirth year for me! 

Last year around this time I could hardly walk some months, couldn’t get out of bed, extreme headaches, gained weight, shooting pains throughout my body from head to toe, and coughing fits that I couldn’t breathe! 

Now 10 weeks post op I’m feeling much better. I’m not fully back, but I’m getting there! I’m learning to take it slow and allow my body to heal. 

Someone asked me why do you show yourself out of shape like that? I replied honestly I ain’t really never been in shape 😘😛 but in all seriousness this is my authentic self! 

This a 53 year old mother of 3, grandmother of 1 and wife. Yessssss I said it!!!! 

This song I wrote “Mirrorr Mirror” details a lot of the struggles we all go through scrolling down social media and comparing ourselves to one another. Giving fake images of ourselves. Allowing strangers so called fans write narratives of you that’s not true, as I wrote what they think they know! For years I’ve rarely almost never shared my marital status nor if I had children in protection of them from society. 

“This year taught me that my journey isn’t just for me but it’s for those out there that need permission to show up authentically too, those who are healing and need to see REAL transformation, not perfection, those who feel alone in their struggle and need to know they’re not, and those who are learning to love themselves exactly where they are TODAY!!”
