Today’s episode with itsshellyjean hit different when I shared the financial reality of my explant journey - $14,000 that insurance won’t cover. But here’s what I told myself:

“I want to feel well. I want to enjoy my children and grandchildren. I want to travel the world and speak about self-love. I want to be at 100% - and I know what 100 is. For me to do that, I need to take out these things because they ain’t doing nothing for me.”

This isn’t just about removing implants. This is about investing in:
✨ Your health and wellbeing
✨ Your future with your loved ones
✨ Your ability to show up fully in your purpose
✨ Your children and grandchildren’s future

But I need to address something that happened today that broke my heart...

One of my beautiful guests received an explicit message with images from my past in the adult industry, with the caption “How You look Nyomi Banks.” 

Let me be crystal clear: I make ALL my guests aware of my background before they appear on my platform. I’m not ashamed of my journey - it’s part of what makes me who I am today.

To whoever sent that message: What was your goal? To shame me? To hurt my guest? To silence women who are trying to heal and help others?

Here’s what you accomplished instead: You reminded me why this work matters. You showed exactly why women need safe spaces to share their stories without judgment.

To my beautiful guest: I’m sorry someone tried to weaponize my past against the healing work we’re doing together. Your courage to share your story matters more than their attempt to create shame.

To everyone following this journey: Transformation isn’t about erasing your past - it’s about using ALL of your experiences to serve others. I refuse to let anyone shame me back into silence.
