#TESTIMONYTUESDAY SURRENDER TO THE PROCESS ✨

My pain is purposeful! Y’all, the universe has been SPEAKING to me through my tea bags, and I had to share this with you! 

Today makes three weeks post-surgery, I’ve been in my head trying to control every aspect of my healing journey. Stressing about sleep, worrying about symptoms, making everything SO much harder than it needed to be. Classic survival mode, right?

But last night, as I sipped my magnesium and ginger tea (that was literally waiting for me when I got home - along with supplements I thought I’d canceled but showed up at the PERFECT time), I read yesterday’s tea message: 

“Relate to your greatness not your weakness” 

It hit me - I’d been so focused on what’s wrong that I missed all the ways I’m already supported. The healing drinks. My amazing husband. My body that knows exactly how to heal itself.

And this morning? Another message: 

🌟“Give thanks for unknown blessings that are already on their way” 

After getting my first 8 hours of sleep in WEEKS last night! 🙌🏾

Sometimes we make healing - whether physical, emotional, or spiritual - so much harder than it needs to be. We think we need all the answers, need to control every outcome.

But what if everything you need is already there?
What if the blessings are already on their way?

I’m learning to surrender to MY process and trust that my morning tea ritual by the pool is waiting for me on the other side of this healing journey. 💕
