#testimonytuesday (long post)
Just a simply pause in the middle day before my next interview. This morning I had 2 amazing guests interviews on 2 entirely different topics one on emotional intelligence and the other on authenticity. 

The gems that were dropped on each one of these upcoming episodes truly confirmed for me that I am at the right place at the right time. 

Everyone’s journey looks different but some on those stops along the way can resonate with someone rather it be a stranger, a family member or a friend. 

I’m asked a lot why do I do theseasonofselflovepodcast ? Is that truly fulfilling for you? 

The answer is YES! It very much fulfilling for me. I’m allowed to be my authentic self and share my experiences and journey as teachable moments for others. 

During one of my coaching sessions I was asked what do I get out of coaching? “I love to be of service to others assisting them in finding, healing, discovering of who they are truly. It lights up my day and full” 
 
This little smirk is a reminder of how damn fabulous I am in all ME!!!! 

So Today my beautiful take time to admire and appreciate self. Yes you!!!🫵🏾 You chose to get up this morning and do it all over again, no matter what yesterday showed you! So look in that mirror and tell yourself how damn proud you are of YOU!!
