## Caption

Tsukiji outer market has changed a lot over the years.  Many new spots opened for influx of tourists, established shops get a new facelift to look more appealing to tourists.

This coffee stand is also a new one.  What use to be a tuna vendor has converted into a coffee stand.  And instead of going modern, he went old school. 

A one man show.  Very very slow process.  Right now, it's ok because tourists have not picked up on this stand even though he's in the heart of it all. 

Once people start lining up, he will definitely be overwhelmed.
