“Today’s intention in my meditation is simple but sacred: I choose me. 
This photo from a spontaneous day in Providence, Rhode Island this week and it just reminds me that unplanned moments of stillness are where we often find our deepest peace. Whether it’s a quiet coffee, a walk under ancient trees, or just breathing in the beauty of a new place; self-care isn’t selfish. It’s how we refill our light so we can shine brighter for ourselves and others. 

My Mantra for today: “You can’t pour from an empty cup.”
