As the NCAA Division I Selection Committees meet to decide which 68 teams will be given the chance to compete in this year’s tournament, we’re thinking about the moments that lead up to being chosen.

At Leveling the Fields, our goal is to make sure every girl gets the chance to step onto the court in the first place. We believe opportunity shouldn’t depend on access to resources; it should be available to every athlete who wants to play.
