Laila Edwards isn’t just making history as the first Black woman on the US Women’s National Hockey Team, she’s actively working to ensure others can follow. Through partnerships with Wisconsin Youth Hockey and USA Hockey, she’s providing free equipment and “teaching them the basics”. That’s exactly the kind of impact we need more of in sports. 💪
