Manteco is a third-generation Italian mill on the frontlines of conscious material innovation. At the heart of their legacy are twostandout fibers:

🧵MWool®, the next generation of #RecycledWool, is made from post-consumer garments and pre-consumer materials, mechanically recycled. Its colors are created without added dyesand chemicals, through their proprietary Recype® process. MWool®, compared to generic virgin wool fibers, impacts 99,2% less on climate change, 99,9% less on water use and 93,3% less on total energy consumption.


🧵 ReviWool®, the reduced impact #VirginWool, is made from by-product fibers coming from the worsting process of virgin wooltops, which instead of being wasted, are recovered and processed to create premium quality textiles with a lower environmentalimpact. ReviWool®, compared to generic virgin wool tops, impacts 65,6% less on climate change, 65,5% less on water use and 65,6% less on total energy consumption.
