Revision Osseous Genioplasty 18 Months

Facial contouring isn’t always straightforward—especially in revision cases where previous surgeries have altered the anatomy. While perfect symmetry may remain out of reach, thoughtful planning can restore balance, softness, and harmony.

This was one of those complex cases. With the help of detailed digital planning by drzeyneptuncer and the precision of the piezo device, we performed controlled, delicate osteotomies to refine the chin and bring forward a more feminine, proportionate lower face.

Careful suspension of the mentalis muscle was performed to prevent any chin ptosis, and multiple sessions of botulinum toxin were carried out to reduce muscular hyperactivity and support long-term aesthetic and functional results.

Now, 18 months post-op, her outcome remains stable—natural, balanced, and refined. I’m truly grateful to my patient for her trust, her patience, and for allowing me to be part of her journey through this challenging revision.
