## Caption

A natural-looking result isn’t about aggressively lifting everything, it’s about restoring the underlying vectors and contours that define a youthful face. Focusing on these subtle structures is, to me, the heart of proper facial rejuvenation.

In this case, we honoured the patient’s wish to forgo fat grafting. Even without it, the repositioning and contour work gave her a refined, harmonious result.

Without proper structural  deep neck shaping, I doubt to have this type of refinement on tbe lower face and neck. 

Big thanks to my wonderful patient for the followup and her permission to share her beautiful results. She truly looks refreshed and I am just grateful to be part of her journey.
