## Caption

Meet Louise, a beautiful woman who came to us with early signs of aging — fullness under her chin, lower face laxity, and slightly lower-set brows, all common combinations of early aging features. During our consultation, we also noticed she had mild #ptosis, or #droopyeyelids, of her upper eyelids.

To address this, we performed an #endoscopicforeheadlift, often called an #upperfacelift, to rejuvenate her upper face. Her mildly arched brows — a result of her #ptosis — were reset to a more natural and balanced position by adjusting her brow shape and frontalis muscles.

For her mid and lower face, we performed a #deepplanefacelift to lift and reposition her #SMAS, platysma, and fat pads in a pendular motion, restoring her youthful contours. A touch of #microfat grafting enhanced her overall facial volume since aging isn’t just about sagging — it’s also about deflation. To improve her skin quality, we performed #nanofat grafting, which worked beautifully to refine her skin texture.

Louise is 4.5 months post-op, and while her results are already looking fantastic, she’s still carrying about 10-20% residual swelling — something quite normal at this stage. As the swelling continues to subside, her results will become even more refined.

She’s an absolute sweetheart who went out of her way to provide me with standardized photos throughout her journey. It’s been a pleasure to follow her progress, and I feel truly privileged to be part of her self-improvement journey.
