#Closed rhinoplasty 5th month result. The septum cartilage in our patient’s nose showed severe deviation and almost completely covered the left nostril. I resolved the problem of our patient who had difficulty in breathing with #cottle style septoplasty and strengthened his nostrils. As a result, I believe that a more aesthetic and beautiful appearance is obtained. Form and beauty follows function. I send off our beautiful patient to study abroad, I thank her for her trust with her positive attitude and permission to share this informative result🙏🏾🧿
