We chose the big three: an Endoscopic Forehead Lift, Deep Plane Facelift, and Deep Neck Lift, with just a bit of fat grafting to subtly refine her facial contours and improve her skin.

I love how this combination of procedures brought out her #feminine features while keeping her #beauty and authenticity intact. 

We also added #masseterbotox to calm her hyperactive jaw muscles, giving her face a softer, more defined look. She’s a disciplined athlete with a strict workout routine, and we got her back to her active lifestyle in no time.💪🏽

I’m honored to have been trusted with her face and grateful for her bravery in sharing these beautiful results of 60 days.🙏🏽

Oh that mini fullness under the chin? That’s the most persistent swelling to stay. For some patients it might take up to four months to completely dissolve 👍🏽
