We have two new class offerings weekly - π˜½π™–π™‘π™–π™£π™˜π™š & π˜Ύπ™€π™§π™š Tuesdays 8:30 - 9:15AM Utilize imbalanced exercises and core development to help improve overall core strength and balance. This will help with daily living activities, sport and leisure for overall health. 𝘽π™ͺ𝙣𝙨 & 𝙂π™ͺ𝙣𝙨 Wednesday 6 - 6:45PM Learn and practice specific exercises targeting the gluteus (Buns) maximus/medius to strengthen and tighten those muscles. This class will also target the arms (Guns) by strengthening and toning the biceps, triceps and shoulder muscles. These classes are a separate from your Fly Dog Membership. Classes are $15 each or purchase all 8 for the month fo $100. To register visit the city website!
