What once was an industrial giant is now part of a living urban system.

Renzo Piano didn’t just redesign a building — he rewired a city. A single tree-lined path cuts through history, linking past and future, East and West, logic and poetry.

Here, architecture becomes movement.
The old Fiat plant is no longer a factory — it’s a social engine. A green axis, a fragile thread, ties the river to the rail, the residential to the monumental. And in that thread: a new way of reading the city.
