We've been lucky enough to meet a school of mahi-mahi on our way from Andros to Bimini and got 2 of them with polespears from headhunterspearfish. My first Mahi ever by the way so I wanted this memory to last for ever and the best solution for that is to do a Gyotaku, a Japanese method to turn a fish into a piece of art.
