I’m in general an optimistic person, but I truly feel so much empowered when I practice healthy habits every day. This year the breathworks guided by ramonkinkel brought me a lot of presence, calmness & an inmense feeling of gratitude. That morning back in October I headed towards the breathwork location with a smile on my face, grateful for this presence I live in, & wish more of you can adopt during 2025 healthier practices that align with your body & soul, and leave bad habits & excess in the past, because we have only one body & mind & they are sacred.
