Yesterday, the RPMD Foundation recognized me as an Outstanding Public Servant—honoring not only my 9 years in Congress but also our ongoing work as the newly elected Governor of Camarines Sur.

This award is a reminder to serve even better—and an inspiration to keep innovating programs that truly change lives: from healthcare on wheels and education support, to jobs, infrastructure, and climate-resilient communities.
