Good news ! The construction of the iconic #camsur pavilion is ongoing at the public plaza in the capitol complex in Pili , camsur !

Inspired by the shape of the fishing net used at lake Buhi to harvest the smallest edible fish in the world - the sinarapan !

The smallest edible fish in the world is generally considered to be the Sinarapan (Mistichthys luzonensis), also known as tabyos, which is native to the Philippines.

Key facts:
 • Size: As small as 12 mm (1.2 cm) long when mature.
 • Habitat: Found mainly in Lake Buhi in Camarines Sur and nearby freshwater bodies.
 • Status: It is considered a delicacy but is also threatened due to overfishing and habitat degradation.
 • Preparation: Often eaten fried, dried, or mixed with local dishes like sinigang.

This makes Sinarapan not only the smallest commercially harvested fish but also a unique part of Filipino culinary and biological heritage.
