Saturday night = squats, deadlifts, and me arguing with gravity 😂
Tried 310… absolutely not.
But snagged 305 lbs, so I’ll take my little victory lap.
Then rolled into a sumo deadlift volume day because apparently I enjoy suffering for fun.

Oklahoma weather is cooling down and I am not built for winter. Anyone else despise this season with their whole heart? ❄️😩

Our home gym is still the best investment we’ve made as a family.
Lost 55+ lbs, kept it off, now out here chasing powerlifting numbers like my life depends on it.
