As a teacher (especially at the beginning of year) I struggle to keep a schedule but I’m keeping my nonnegotiables of 
scheduling a workout right when I get home
Meal prepping for the next day
And doing something relaxing in the evening like playing pool, a board game, watching a show, hot tub, etc.
