Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is definitely testing my physical strength in new ways. What I like about it is… (many things) but mainly that It’s as creative as your imagination goes. And it’s also hands on 100% just like climbing or parkour. You can’t really think of anything else while doing it. Keeps you present and therefor addicted :)
But the main reason that I got stuck to it is that unlike other  martial arts where you keep practicing kicks and punches but you can’t really ever test them full power in sparring without someone getting injured so you never really know what you’re capable of or the efficacy of it all. Well bjj is hands on full on! Every session! It wouldn’t even work otherwise. So.. I’m hooked🔥 

Big Thanks to my bro christian_11hq for introducing me to it and being my sparring partner when I want to spar for 3 hours straight :)) 
And Big thanks to rogue_jiujitsu for taking me under their wing and beating the 💢out of me while I get to learn from some beasts!😍🔥
