## Caption

A small compilation dump to remind me of the journey to my Peak last year around September 22 and what I need to beat next. 
I was 62.5kg at my peak. Now I’m back to my standard 58kg. Lost 4.5kg of months of hard work muscles & I look like I’ve never been gym 🤣🤣 
Now this video should serve me as motivation and a reminder. 🕰️ 
Food is 70% of it all folks, don’t forget.
