Some endurance challenges anyone? 
Here’s one.
10 x jumps with straightening your knees on the block jump back down and flair at the end.
The challange is to get it in under 40 seconds. (My goal is 30.. but not today 😆🤦‍♂️)
The box has to be at least 10cm taller than your knees
The first person to get it in under 30 seconds gets 50£ from me 😅 (make sure you straighten your body on the block before you jump back down)
