25Meters to neck warmup? What do you call this?:) 2h2b ? 😂 

So before the shows I went to try the maximum height of the crane.. this happaned.. After that I stood up.. went to the hotel, put some Kinesio tapes on my neck and had another 3 shows that day doing this 😅 

Luckily I had some ZMA and Jointment Sport from animaleurope and also some kinesio tape who saved me for the rest of the days😅🙃

Shit happens you just gotta have a strong neck when it does 💦😅
