Everyone’s trying to find the “perfect” answers. Scouring Reddit for interview questions. Rehearsing responses word for word. I get it, I did the same thing.
 

But here’s where it backfired: I spent so much time memorizing that when I got a curveball question, I froze. I couldn’t pivot. I sounded robotic. I wasn’t really showing who I was.
 

The truth? CRNA programs don’t want a script. They want you. Your critical thinking. Your ability to reflect. Your why.
 

So instead of memorizing answers, practice thinking through questions. Understand your story. Speak from experience, not a script.
