🛑 Not putting the most important info on page one (that’s your prime real estate!)
🛑 Sloppy formatting — attention to detail is a CRNA’s middle name - we’ll notice.
🛑 Downplaying your high-acuity experience — this is the time to humble brag. Humble being the key word here!
 
Remember, your Resume/CV is just ONE piece of the puzzle, but it’s a critical piece. Give it the time and attention it deserves. If you rush it, we can tell! Get a few people to look it over.
