The path to becoming a CRNA isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s a grueling process, tbh. But if you talk to CRNAs, most of them would say becoming a CRNA is one of the best decisions they’ve ever made. ⁠👏 ⁠

The job satisfaction of CRNAs ⁠is preeeeetttyy dang high. ⁠

One of the best things you can do is have a growth mindset. Look at things with a lens of opportunity, learning, improvement. ⁠
⁠
There are many times that you’ll get knocked down, discouraged, feel like giving up. But, if we flip the switch and try to approach situations/scenarios/failures as an opportunity for improvement vs. beating ourselves up and getting into a rut of self-despair, it gets easier and easier to get out of a funk and pick ourselves up and get back on that dang horse. ⁠
