I'm sure you've heard the phrase "standing out" more times than you can count when it comes to the CRNA school application process. ⁠

It's hard to be noticed in a sea of competitive applicants. ⁠
⁠
One thing that we see continuously working? In person connection. ⁠
⁠
Showing up in person to those AANA events (state or national meetings), in person open houses, networking events etc. is KEY to your application process. ⁠
⁠
Not only are you going to walk away with invaluable knowledge that you can't Google, you're going to walk away with new connections made, mentors, and even new friends! ⁠
⁠
If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to attend an AANA event. This past year we had over 30 CRNA Club members attend the Annual Congress as RNs, and next year we hope to triple that number! Check your state's AANA meeting in the meantime and step out of your comfort zone and show up, it's worth it I promise! ⁠
