I’ve started working out because it was another form of training for my body. Never really thought of getting bigger muscles or “looking better” but the more I’ve done it and the more I saw the results.. the more I started seeing my weaknesses and where I could actually use this to improve.
Now I’m on a constant journey of getting myself in the best shape I can. Just because I don’t see why would I not :) .
