If you can remember Grange Hill and the Roland storyline, then that was pretty much my childhood teenage year, I say year as I only did one. From  13 I was home schooled. The little fat kid with dyslexia and chronic autoimmune grew into a 6’4” powerhouse and with the help of some amazing friends became super qualified as a coach & a very proud Dad. 

So if you have a dream, follow it. If your going through tough times, it will pass. Believe in your self, get stronger! #gymlife #personaltrainer #grangehill #80s
