Brazilian developer Bruno César created an AI-powered tool that cross-references data from official databases such as the TSE, IBGE, and the Central Bank to detect signs of corruption.

Using the CPF of public officials, the system maps links between family members, companies, and public contracts, helping identify conflicts of interest and irregularities. According to César, the tool has already uncovered cases of ghost employees and self-directed allocation of public funds.

The project combines multiple AI models and infrastructure: Codex was used to plan data normalization, Claude Opus 4.6 helped execute the scripts, and Neo4j organizes the data into a graph for visualizing relationships.

The tool is part of the Brazilian Accelerationism project, inspired by effective accelerationism, and currently runs only on César’s personal computer. The goal is to eventually open a beta for journalists, civil society groups, and oversight bodies. The project may also become open source.
