Some necks ask for more patience.

Short, thick necks are often the most challenging in neck lift surgery. With time, the platysma loosens, deep tissues descend, glands become heavier, skin loses elasticity, and the jawline slowly shrinks. What once belonged inside the jawline begins to fall below it.

In these cases, lifting alone is not enough. Even a deep plane neck lift cannot carry large, heavy tissues back into a smaller mandible. Something more thoughtful is needed.

This is where deep neck sculpting changes everything. Reducing deep structures allows the neck to feel lighter, balanced, and truly natural again.

This patient came from Canada.
It was one of the hardest neck cases I have operated on.
