You know where one person wins, we all win?? That’s what this is, I’m the guy on the stage in the back who voiced the promos standing with everyone else on the team. I’m so grateful to be part of a team with such a purposeful documentary narrated by violadavis. God for win!

HISTORIC WIN: THE EBONY CANAL wins big at the 57th Annual NAACP Image Awards for Outstanding Short Form Documentary film. The 1st Maternal + Infant Health film to win since 1967. 

For 57 years, stories have been celebrated on this global stage and now this love letter has been recognized at the highest level and  shifts culture. This award belongs to the courageous women around the country who shared their truth.

This art is about illumination, education, and the protection of life. Our mission is now amplified on a worldwide stage; this is not the finish line, this is fuel. Honored + Committed.
