As we make our return to 'normality' I've been thinking about the past year and all the changes we've had to embrace -- and how daunting things can feel when we aren't in control.

For those of us building businesses, even POSITIVE shifts can feel overwhelming when we haven't instigated or prepared for them...

The BEST tip I have for dealing with change was a lesson learnt starting thinkrevops *right before* the pandemic hit:

💡Be Constantly Open to Doing Things Differently

Being open to change and the idea of re-inventing, innovating, and transforming a little as I go, really helped me move with the flow of everything shifting.

Staying true to your personal/company ethos, or the ways you contribute to your community will be your path through chaos. But unless core beliefs or the essential ways you operate are being challenged, fighting change is the least productive thing to do.

Instead, when in-flux, think "flexible re-alignment." You'll land despite a change in the 'how'.
