Une recette que tu dois absolument enregistrer pour tes idées de repas durant le Ramadan, In shaa Allah 
Et n’hésite pas à partager si tu as aimé 🥰🤗

🫓 Pour la pâte :
	•	480 g de farine
	•	15 g de levure boulangère
	•	300 ml d’eau tiède
	•	15 g de sucre
	•	5 g de sel
	•	70 ml d’huile végétale (ou de ton choix)

🍖 Pour la farce :
	•	200 g de viande hachée
	•	1 c. à café de sel, poivre, paprika fumé, coriandre et curcuma
	•	1 c. à soupe d’oignon haché
	•	Poivre jaune (au goût)
	•	1 c. à soupe de piment hongrois

Optionnel :
🥭 Chutney à la mangue — j’ai utilisé celui de makeda_sn_food
