Fresh #jalapeno #chillies with #garlic , #xylitol , #seasalt , #applecidervinegar whizzed up in the processor. It’ll ferment a little, I left it on the counter. The vinegar itself is raw and real and continues to ferment so....all the ingredients and flavors are mingling now. Can’t wait to spoon it into soups, sandwiches, or....just on plain, toasted sourdough bread. Dash of olive oil and....all your senses wake up!🌶
