I said this out loud yesterday…

and it surprised me.🙏

It’s extremely meaningful for me to talk about grief and my journey. 

Because I don’t think sensitivity — being close to your emotions — is weakness.

It’s a gift.

Its a gift that I want to share with you.

I think the ability to feel deeply — and share it with you — is empowering, especially when you learn how to keep moving forward without becoming numb.

- If you’re sensitive and people call you ‘too much’… I get you.”

- If you’re numb and you’re scared you’ll never feel again… I get you.

- If you ignore it all day and then it hits you at night… I get you.

- If you’re functioning, working, smiling—but breaking privately… I get you.

- If you’re tired of ‘healing’ content that feels like a checklist… I get you.

I’m sharing this because your way of grieving isn’t wrong.
