Helping people see that life can still be beautiful after loss. ❤️

Hi 👋 I’m Alexandra.

When my father and godfather died in the same week in 2022, I thought I’d never be the same again.

And in many ways, I wasn’t.

Grief didn’t just take the people I loved — it took the version of me that lived before them.

The one with plans, energy, direction.

The one who thought she understood what “forever” meant.

Over time I learned: life after loss isn’t about going back.

It’s about becoming who we’re meant to be next.

I kept searching for something that didn’t just say “heal,” but “build.”

Not “move on,” but “move forward” with meaning.

That’s how LIFE AFTER YOU began.

It started with one letter — a small moment of honesty I wrote around the funerals — and grew into letters, rituals, and a purpose.

Now it’s becoming a movement: a place where grief and growth exists side by side.

Because The Grief Letter I created is just the beginning.

It isn’t only words on a screen — it’s a gentle companion to help you remember who you are after loss.

To rebuild confidence and purpose.

To create a life that feels worth living again.

Here, we don’t rush the pain or hide the love.

We learn to carry both — with grace, with truth, and with a little more light each day.

And I’ll be honest: I don’t want to live in a fog of sadness, loneliness, or fear of the next goodbye.

I want to honor the people I love — my father, my godfather — by becoming more alive, not less.

By taking back my power, self-love and choosing a future I’m proud of.

If you’re ready to begin again — gently, at your own pace — you’re home. 🤍
