One might Ask what does that even mean?

It means that you don’t forget that you are still living and you are still full of love that you can give and receive ❤️‍🩹

I have seen family members that fill up their days, nights and lives with the tragedy of losing someone or those who just shut it all out when in fact this life changing event gives us the best possible time to reflect on what’s important and what YOU will do to have more of important things to you in your life.

For me, it was the taboo of talking about it and the sense of weirdness that comes with grief or losing a loved one that triggered me.

It sparkled something in me - that with my emotional skills - I knew I wanted to create something for others that does not exist. A guidance of dealing and healing from day 1.

I know now so many ways to feel healthy grief and what you can potentially feel based on my own experience when this stage or chapter enters your life and grief hits you. 

Let me guide you to feel gratitude, hope and prosperity and let’s rise again, together 🫶
