What would you say if you could say one last thing? ❤️‍🩹

It is a very normal and frequent wish that comes up when someone you love passes away.

We often wish that we had that last little conversation, connection and possibility before it is too late.

Truth to the matter is that for your mental and physical wellbeing - it is never too late to express yourself.

If you were lucky and could have the last moment together with your loved one - you can truly feel blessed.

But you are as lucky either way, because you can still have this last conversation, connection and possibility to express your love.

It can be done through a journal or the next best possible thing is to write a letter to them. I did it and it turned out to be my speech on the funeral of my godfather. I believe it was the best written paper, letter and speech I have ever written ❤️‍🩹

Healing can be with yourself in the most meaningful way possible 🙏
