2 weeks of no training in the gym due to doctors orders this is what came of it‼️💥

10 pounds down‼️🥲 From 209 - 199 Ibs, definitely seeing my muscle jump out more in the lower body but still holding shape‼️🔻

Still going to be taking it easy for what could be for the next 12 weeks only time will tell after Physical Therapy & other Doctors Visits. Thank GOD we are still pressing on strong! #ZOICVITALITY
