I am less concerned and calculated with exercise choices recently - 

I know I have to give up emotions and train with logic. Listen to drmikeisraetel and measure my reps sets ROM - invest in regularity etc 

I cannot. I want to climb ropes and do my father’s exercises. I am so tired of frames.
