every moment, every day, every small success is seen as a true gift and miracle. if you’re a #NICU momma like me, we just get each other. to think, there was a chance that jagger wouldn’t have made it earth side. but here we are!he’s thriving today and this past 16 months, notorious_.d.i.g and i have been quite silent about our journey with raising a pre-term bubba and the windy (and oh so beautiful) path we’ve found ourselves on. there’s a reason for this, which one day i hope to explain a bit more. 
with that said, i have a calling to somewhat shift my content to reflect where i am in life at the moment - sharing tidbits about what’s helped us and what hasn’t in this #parenthood journey, and how my #yogapractice has transformed to make space for this infinite expansion of the heart and universe with jagger at the center of it all. 
here are a few steps forward caught on camera during his bi-weekly physical therapy with flybabymilestones who have been integral in jagger’s growth and development.

as always, my DMs are always open - especially to other NICU mommas like me who need the support now more than ever. i know how lonely, isolating, happy sad, and confusing it all can be. although I can’t offer much outside of assuring words in this world of the internet, hopefully my content can be of use as you navigate the unexpected. and hopefully, seeing jagger thriving after arriving 2.5 months early and spending 2 whole months in the NICU is the little beacon of light you need to get over this bump in the road.
