My #yogapractice has prepared me for these very moments. While I immerse myself wholly in this journey of motherhood, yoga as we traditionally know it has taken a complete back seat for me. Some days it’s hard to remember who I even was before him. For now, my yoga is being present and still in this time of creation and infinite space of love. I love you forever and ever my boy.
