This is the element I am most drawn to and have been since I started my #YogaPractice well over a decade ago. By focusing on my own earth element (without me even consciously doing it), I’ve been able to find a type of #stability and #growth that I’ve never experienced before. Some may call it #balance but I just call it #yoga.
